Must have a tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or relevant field
Minimum 5 years experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting is essential
Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and financial management will be required
Must have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences
Above-average communication skills, specifically in English with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels and experience are essential
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Leading and managing day-to-day operations of the resort to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Fostering a culture of excellence among staff members, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Overseeing all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, and guest services.
Maintaining high standards of service delivery and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while controlling costs.
Building strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalized service and exceeding expectations.
