Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, restaurant, or hospitality venue
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Supervise and support front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and operational goals
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenses
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in hospitality management software
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or similar field
- Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services
- Experience in revenue management and sales strategies
- Multilingual skills are advantageous
