Our client, a growing company with big ambitions, is seeking a Procurement & Warehouse Administrator to play a critical role in their business expansion Key Responsibilities: Procurement: Develop strategic supplier relationships and secure advantageous terms Negotiate purchasing agreements and manage inventory levels Apply sourcing strategies to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Stay updated on industry trends and new products Manage manufacturing cost efficiencies of raw materials Warehouse Administration: Process stock GRVs and pick tickets Assist with stock discrepancies and locations Participate in stock takes and manufacturing assemblies Ideal Candidate Profile: 2-5 years experience in the Food Service Industry Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Management Knowledge of Food Safety Policies and Procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Purchasing Software Strong leadership skills and personality Excellent organizational and communication abilities Strategic thinking and risk management aptitude Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Shares the company's vision and passion for growth We're looking for a motivated individual ready to take on a role in a fast-paced environment.
