Procurement and Warehouse Administrator - Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities: Procurement:
  • Develop strategic supplier relationships and secure advantageous terms
  • Negotiate purchasing agreements and manage inventory levels
  • Apply sourcing strategies to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new products
  • Manage manufacturing cost efficiencies of raw materials

Warehouse Administration:

  • Process stock GRVs and pick tickets
  • Assist with stock discrepancies and locations
  • Participate in stock takes and manufacturing assemblies

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 2-5 years experience in the Food Service Industry
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Management
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Purchasing Software
  • Strong leadership skills and personality
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Strategic thinking and risk management aptitude
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
