Job Duties:- Lead product development projects from concept to launch
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales and Finance) to ensure successful project execution
- Utilise project design thinking methodologies to drive product innovation
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from idea generation to commercialization
- Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing
- Degree or Diploma in Product Design
- Proven experience in product development and project management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Experience with new product launches in the FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Certification in Project Management
- Experience working in the beverage industry
- Office-based role with occasional travel required
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
