Product support services are technical support and services that are delivered for thier vehicle fleet software and their management software. Product support services include remote troubleshooting capabilities, installation assistance and basic usability assistance. Key Responsibilites Determine, review critically and prioritise resolution of issues. resolve cases and support Lead Software Support Analysts. Guide clients to use self-help resources. Follow, Client Sụpport policies and procedures. Offer direct customer service and technical support to user through phone, email and in person. Support clients to answer queries, locate information and review email and in-person technical requirements. Record customer change requests and technical requirements. Manage inhouse softwăre and capture user interactions. Record issues and solutions to troubleshoot guides. Present to end users for training purposes. Support new personnel in software, programs, and operational instructions. Requirements Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies and system performance monitoring tools. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information. Grade 12 At least 2 years experience in IT environment R12 000 - R14 000 CTC pm Apply Now
