What we are looking for: A Production Administrator / Estimator.
What you will do:
- Production-related administration
- Answering of telephone
- Diary keeping
- Meetings, set-up status meetings, pre-production meetings and reviews
- Liaison with suppliers
- Client liaison
- Complete print production process
- Costing of jobs, quoting and final accounts
- Receiving a brief
- Briefing/trafficking of jobs into studio
- Proofing and proofreading or checking
- Quoting and quote requests on clients’ requirements, follow through from briefing to final delivery
- Orders/copy instructions
- Planning and buying media space for print, radio, etc.
- Job bags
- PR, promotions and sourcing of promotional items
- Productions schedules
- Computer maintenance
What you must have:
- Financial background in order to do quotations / estimations
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the execution of basic production, estimation and admin duties
- Practical knowledge and understanding of the printing / design /advertising industry
- Must have good technical knowledge of related field
- Must be fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent time keeping and time management skills
- Reliable team player with a good work ethic
- Experience with Chase software will be advantageous.
