Must have completed Bachelor of Engineering BEng (Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) with knowledge of Cold Products metallurgical processes, systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Optimize and continuously improve Metallurgical production processes through reporting, analysing and monitoring the production process and product quality Ensure Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Compliance is maintained Implement QCDSM (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Safety and Moral) Framework Overseeing three shift production teams Corrective actions and improvement management R 850000 - R 950000 - Annually
