Our client is urgently seeking a Production Foreman to join their East London team.

Successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department. This includes managing a team of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining high quality standards.

Candidate must be available to commence duties immediately.

Minimum Requirements:-

Matric
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of production processes and equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Duties:-

Manage and supervise a team of production workers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products
Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and address any maintenance needs
Train new employees on production processes and procedures
Foster a positive and productive work environment for the production team
