Calling all Production Managers for a major contributor of flour products to the Western Cape Market Based in Bellville South, this position offers working hours from Monday to Friday - 06h00 – 16h00 and weekend duty every 5th week. (5-week cycle). Company vehicle included for commuting purposes (available when starting with weekend duty after training). Responsible for all activities regarding production Staff management Goal management Reporting General and technical management Milling Packaging Mixing Oversee maintenance Hygiene and food safety Occupational safety Production materials procurement Bran sales Wheat management Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations 3 years' management experience Milling or Food Process experience Stock planning and forecasting skills Code B drivers' license Food Safety knowledge Occupational Health and Safety knowledge Good technical insight and problem-solving skills Willing to go on training courses relevant to the milling industry Advanced skills in MS Office package Fluent in Afrikaans and English
