RESPONSIBILITIES To plan, lead, organise, control and motivate the Production Team. To ensure that all team members are trained in and adhere to standard operating procedures and Health and Safety standards. To check the administration of every Production Job and present the reconciled paperwork to Finance daily MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 / Matric with Bachelor pass that includes maths Relevant degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering 5 Yrs FMCG/ Pharmaceutical Operational / Manufacturing Experience Leading /Managing a team Excel Intermediate skills Strong communication skills
