Introduction:

Purpose of the role:
Would be to liaise and develop working relationships with the current and future Service providers. Ensure all projects are executed with full attention to detail and managing of all budget and ensuring all administration is actioned and processed.
- The Project Co-ordinator would be required to plan, execute, ensure commissioning and hand over, building of the comprehensive work plan and managing of budgets.
- Liaise with all 3rd level service providers
- Ability to manage and work on tight deadlines: planning and scheduling of all project timelines
- Ensure and manage all project allocated budget
- Setup and oversee small Agile projects.
- Effectively manage change.
- Oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects within the designated portfolios
- Resource planning and allocation
- Carrying out risk assessment
- Managing project administration, including all documentation
- Tracking of all project timelines / performance
- Project evaluation and results measurements
- Scoping projects for various departments within the business.
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working hands on experience within a project environment
- Must have BA/BI background
- Analytical and logical approach
- Clear communication
- Timeline / deadline driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be proactive in all required tasks
- Management of all required project management tools / MS Suite
- Ability to communicate on all levels
