The Project Coordinator will oversee the administrative aspects of retail installation projects, focusing on gondola end units and FSU installations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and execution of installation projects by managing documentation, maintaining digital files, and communicating effectively with field and IT teams. Review and validate all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage the digital filing system to ensure all project documents are properly stored and easily accessible. Track project progress and specific milestones related to the installation of gondola end units / FSU in various retail locations. Liaise with field teams to obtain installation progress reports and ensure that these reports are accurate and delivered on time daily. Create and distribute daily reports summarizing project status, issues encountered, and milestones achieved. Coordinate with stakeholders, including suppliers, field teams, and internal departments, to ensure all parties are informed and engaged. Assist the Project Manager in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role focusing on retail or construction projects. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in digital file management and office software, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
