Must have a customer service focus. Provide additional support to the inside sales department, and more broadly to the business as whole, as and where required. ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES: Project Coordination: Ensure accurate information at all times throughout the Project coordination process. Suggest and implement improvements in the Project coordination process; optimise process. Project coordination role is responsible for the administration and execution. Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments with regards to project coordination. Prepare, design, control and maintain accurate relevant documentation (doc. Control) Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products. Maintain an awareness of company products and of relevant Project coordination techniques to ensure that the role is carried out as effectively as possible. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement. Ensure Sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met. Liaise with Marketing and Product development departments to ensure brand consistency. Collaborate comfortably with various professionals. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Manage project scope changes Manage customers' needs / requirements and expectations Support Inside Sales as and where required Managing sales enquiries Compiling sales quotations (using pricelist / costing model) Managing project tender submissions Facilitating review of T&Cs, risk, commercial and legal Project administration from start to finish Agreement / Contract management, including price adjustments Coordinate meetings as and where required Manage inspections Collaborate with Finance with regards to bonds and guarantees, and then managing Adhere to DOA Qualifications and Experience: Project Management qualification Marketing or Sales Diploma beneficial. 3-5 years proven experience as Internal Sales within a similar environment. Hands on experience with CRM software and advance MS Excel. Familiar with MS Projects software and AutoCAD (or similar) software Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of all Sales policies and procedures. In-depth understanding of the Sales administration process In-depth understanding of the Project coordination process Thorough knowledge of company products. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent Sales skills.
