Seeking an experienced On-Site Project Engineer for a key water treatment project in the West Rand area. Responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards. Full-time, on-site presence required for the project duration. Project Execution: Lead on-site water treatment project activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. Budget and Procurement: Manage project budgets, oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and chemicals. Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all project activities, adhering to industry regulations. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including process diagrams, equipment specifications, and compliance reports. Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges promptly, implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in water treatment operations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the water treatment industry. Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Availability for full-time, on-site work for the project duration. Contract-based work for the project duration. R45 000,00 - R65 000,00 per month
