Our client is in the mining industry is looking for a Project Manager to join thier team, You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, commercial teams, suppliers, town council and government officials to ensure that projects are completed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of Housing project execution including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production and RFP processes.
- Manage all aspects of the development of the SEZ including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production and RFP processes
- Responsible for ensuring project is executed within defined schedule
- Review all proposed Housing plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate and manage all aspects relating to the housing project
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation for the planning and implementation of SEZ infrastructure and housing project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project resources, including contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including government officials and employees
- Identify and address any project-related issues or challenges
- Prepare and present project status reports to site and leadership team

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering or commercial field.
- Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, preferably in residential or housing projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD).
