We are looking for a Project Manager with 4 years of experience in power system installations in the renewable energy industry, C&I scale experience, and the capacity to handle several projects at once. In this role, you would be responsible for developing comprehensive Project Execution Plans, defining project requirements with stakeholders, and leading project teams to ensure collaboration and effective communication. You would manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, you would negotiate and manage contracts, develop project schedules, and oversee quality control processes to meet industry standards. Stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, health, safety, and environmental compliance, as well as project documentation and reporting, would also be key aspects of this role. Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget would require effective change management skills. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Degree in electronic, electrical, or mechanical engineering Project Management Professional certification (PMP) EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy industry (solar PV specific) 4 years in power systems installation in the renewable energy industry R1.2mil - R1.4mil per annum
