Property Manager required for a reputable company based on the East Coast.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations and long-term strategy for our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, budgeting, and lease administration. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a thorough understanding of property management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of tenant relations, including leasing, maintenance requests, and dispute resolution.
Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
Develop and manage property budgets, including rent collection and expense control.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing property management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in real estate management.
Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and local market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in property management software preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
