Property Operations - Johannesburg

This is a full-time, on-site role for Property Operations located in Germiston. The Property Operations team is responsible for managing and maintaining all the properties, from ensuring the safety and functionality of facilities to managing maintenance and repair work orders and keeping the facilities clean and organized on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or facilities management
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a variety of stakeholders such as property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors
  • Knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices, as well as basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office and Social Media, with experience using property management software preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous
