QA Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant Sector: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Location: Johannesburg – onsite Type: Full-Time Requirement: Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant with QA experience gained in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment Company Overview: Join our dynamic client and their innovative team, in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing sector. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant to contribute to their Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of an effective QMS. This position is crucial for ensuring the company's compliance with GMP regulations, leading to streamlined business processes and cost savings. The ideal candidate will foster a strong Quality Assurance culture across the organization and provide necessary guidance. Qualification / Experience Requirements, but not limited to: Qualification: Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant and SAPC registered Estimate of 3 - 5 years QA experience gained in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment Experience in SOP compilation 3 years of manufacturing experience Proven QA and QC experience Responsible for training: Ensure all employees across departments are fully trained on GxP and all approved SOPs relevant to their roles. Good computer literacy, especially Excel Knowledge of cGxP regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional attention to detail Strong planning and organizing skills Ability to work well under pressure Customer-focused and detail-oriented Fluent in English Understand Afrikaans Assist with various QA departmental functions including: Rework of Rejected Goods Printed Packaging Control Risk Assessments Waste Destruction Temperature Monitoring Compliance Checks Stability Program Liaison with IPS Sample Management BMR & BPR Administration and Review (QC & Micro) QMR Meeting Preparation Supplier/Service Provider Approval Process Initiate and assist with Technical Quality Agreements Pest Control Trend Management CAPAs Out of Trends (OOT) Deviations Out of Spec (OOS) Non-Conformances Document Control (Specifications, Master Copies) Change Controls Validations Product Quality Review SOPs and SOP Training Administration Internal and External Audit Administration Management How to Apply: If you are passionate about quality assurance and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.
