Requirement: QA Pharmacist experience gained in pharmaceutical production/manufacturing sector with 3rd party, internal and external audit experience Job Summary: As a Quality Assurance Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System. Your expertise will ensure the quality standards and procedures meet regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement. Qualification and Experience Required, but not limited to: Pharmacist Degree and SAPC active registration – non-negotiable Minimum 3 to 5 years of QA Pharmacist experience gained in pharmaceutical industry manufacturing sector and knowledge of cGxP regulations You will be proficient in SOP and master QA document compilation/control with an in-depth understanding of the SA Regulatory Environment Oversee and update all departmental SOPs and manage QA document control, Site Master File, Quality Manual, and Quality Policy Implement and monitor the Validation Master Plan Approve and manage the list of approved suppliers Responsible for good management of Technical Quality Agreements with 3rd party contractors and service providers Conduct internal and external audits Handle non-conformance documentation and investigations Support Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) cases Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) Implement Stability Master Plan and Quality Risk Management Manage product quality complaints, recalls, returned/rejected goods Ensure compliance with GMP/GWP/GHP regulations Monitor and ensure comprehensive training for all employees in GxP and relevant SOPs Bilingual: English and Afrikaans Strong computer literacy Application Instructions: Please send your detailed CV showcasing the extent of suitable QA experience to response "at" mvgrecruitment.co.za Additional supporting application information required with CV submit: Forward copies of Qualifications listed on CV including Matric certificate, SAPC Registration and ID Reference: QAP – JHB - MK
