Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Oversee production processes to guarantee quality and timely delivery. Implement and maintain quality control systems. Identify and address non-conformance issues. Ensure adherence to engineering, design, and manufacturing standards. Develop and implement training programs for staff. Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
