Job Description: - Ensuring that processes needed for the integrated quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained.
- Ensure that the process owners and risk/opportunities are identified and reviewed in an ongoing basis.
- Ensure compliance with OHS and Environmental Legislation, including group or customer specific requirements and operating permits for special activities,
- Ensuring that you assist on selecting special characteristics, setting of quality objectives and promotion of awareness of customer focus throughout the organization.
- Reporting to senior management on the performance of SHEQ System for Management.
- Reporting to senior management the integrated quality management system and any need for improvement or risk in all departments.
- Conduct process and product audit for Rosslyn and East London as per schedule.
- Participation in CIS projects.
- Compilation and co-ordination of corrective actions raised.
Job Requirements: - Three to five years QMS experience, within the vehicle component manufacturing industry.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Understanding and knowledge of CIS systems.
- Problem-solving techniques.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, VDA6, IATF 16949, ISO 45000 and ISO 14001 requirements
