QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SUPERVISOR (Automotive) - Rosslyn International component manufacturing operation is looking for a competent Quality Systems Engineer for their plant in Rosslyn. Qualifications & Experience Relevant Tertiary qualification Extensive working experience in leading audits within the vehicle component manufacturing industry. Minimum 5 years' experience in implementing, maintaining and auditing a quality management system ISO 9001:2015 Quality management system ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditing ISO 31000:2018 Risk management or equivalent ISO 27000:2013 Information security / Information technology experience, qualification will be an advantage Excellent computer literacy in MS Excel / Word and PowerPoint Excellent knowledge of quality management systems Excellent oral and written communication skills, including negotiation, influencing and report writing skills High level of problem solving and analysis skills Duties Ensuring that processes needed for the integrated quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained. Ensure that the process owners and risk/opportunities are identified and reviewed in an ongoing basis. Ensure compliance with OHS and Environmental Legislation, including group or customer specific requirements and operating permits for special activities, Ensuring that you assist on selecting special characteristics, setting of quality objectives and promotion of awareness of customer focus throughout the organization. Reporting to senior management on the performance of SHEQ System for Management. Reporting to senior management the integrated quality management system and any need for improvement or risk in all departments. Conduct process and product audit as per schedule. Participation in CIS projects. Compilation and co-ordination of corrective actions raised.
