We are looking for a well presented, motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Officer to be responsible for the Quality Control Technician to follow work instructions and complete all assigned tasks. It is also responsibility of the Quality Control Technician to complete all required documentation relevant to QA/QC related issues occuring during duty periods. Communication and teamwork are expected of this individual. This inbound Team Leader is expected to enforce company polocies. Basic Maths. Ability to comprehend and understand quality control internal procedures. Basic knowledge of SHEQ. English (reading, writing, and speaking desired). Strong attention to detail. Intermediate computer skills. Clear understanding of OHSA Safety Requirements. Must have strong ability to multi-task, stay organized and think on their feet. Good project management skills. Able to balance to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines. Strong mechanical aptitude. Good written, verbal and personal communication skills. Walking and standing up to 8 hours / shift. Well groomed, neat and well presented. Must have communication skills. Must be able to think and react on his feet. Passionate about customer service & improvement of operations. Main Responsibilities Report to the Quality Control Team Lead. Responsible for the enforcement of all SHEQ requirements. Consisent Monotiring of the manufacturing facility procedures. Data entry of QC information - computer literacy. Maintain records related to traceability (Raw materials, finished goods, packing,etc.) Verifies equipment (Scales, thermometers, etc.) Performing quality checks of finished goods in the plant throughout the shift. Assist in investigating customer complaints and help to resolve quality issues. Assist in training and development team members. Conduct pre-operational inspections of production lines to ensure SHEQ compliancy.
