Overview The QC Lead will oversee and ensure the quality of all products and processes within our cashew processing operations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding quality control protocols in the food processing industry. The QC Lead will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring our products meet all regulatory requirements and customer expectations. What you will be doing: Lead and manage the QC team to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to identify and address quality issues. Prepare clear and concise reports on quality control activities, findings, and improvements. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across all operations. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control activities. Proactively address and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaints. What we are looking for: Full-time, in-person role. 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably in a food processing company and the FMCG industry. Proximity to our office at Matori is an advantage. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience. Strong attention to detail and result-oriented approach. Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports. Excellent analytical, organizational, networking, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skill Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in a food processing company, specifically within the cashew or nuts industry. Familiarity with quality control standards and practices in the FMCG sector. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
