Minimum Requirements- Essential: A suitable degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Essential: Demonstrated background in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a diverse services or mining setting.
- Essential: Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Control or similar roles.
- Essential: Proficient project management abilities.
- Essential: Thorough grasp of quality control principles, methodologies, and industry standards for both products and services.
- Access to a vehicle and a valid Drivers License.
Roles and Responsibilities- Quality Management Oversight: Supervise and manage quality control operations across both Head Office and all operational sites.
- Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct thorough inspections of services, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Testing and Measurement: Oversee and execute testing procedures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Documentation and Reporting: Record inspection results, identify deviations from quality norms, and propose corrective measures.
- Collaboration and Enhancement: Collaborate closely with production, service, and management teams to address quality concerns, implement improvements, and promote ongoing quality enhancement.
- Procedure Development: Develop, deploy, and maintain comprehensive quality control protocols and documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits of processes and systems to pinpoint improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Training and Assistance: Provide training and support to personnel regarding quality control processes, standards, and best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor quality performance indicators, analyze data trends, and initiate initiatives to elevate quality levels and enhance customer satisfaction.
