Ref: VJ 408853 - Quality Controller (Engineering/Manufacturing) – Cape Town Employer Description Sheet metal fabrication company Job Description You will be responsible for the following: Sheet metal fabrication Inspecting first piece samples using industry appropriate methods such as measuring dimensions and assessing functionality. Responsible for ensuring that goods during the manufacturing process, are inspected for compliance to specification and shipment. Responsible for ensuring that non-conformances are generated, issued and closed out. Prepare critical inspection reports and record inspection results. Ability to communicate with production teams and management to improve product quality and production processes. Ability to use measuring equipment (Verniers, measuring tapes, etc) accurately. Qualifications Grade 12 Qualification in Quality Control Skills ISO 9001:2015 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Minimum 2 years' experience in quality control with sheet metal fabricated parts. Salary / Package R15,000 - R20,000 p/m Benefits Medical Aid Pension
