Company located in Pretoria East is seeking a QUANTITY SURVEYOR to manage various Construction projects . Managing costs Estimating quantities Providing expert advise on construction projects Achieving the required standard and quality Tender Documentation Bills of quantities Site visits and measure completed work to verify quantities Procurement tasks Legal compliance Preparation of cost estimates and budgets for projects Monthly project progress and monthly reports Ensure compliance Payments Problem Solving National Diploma Quantity Surveying / BTech in Quantity Surveying or related field Excellent communication skills Proficient in handling Bill of Quantities Strong numerical and analytical skills Experience in die Hospitality industry will be a plus Understanding of construction methods and materials Knowledge of South African building codes and regulations Excellent Team player Willing to Travel Salary: Negotiable
