Candidate requirements:

  • A degree in food science, engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven track record with 2 3 years relevant experience in a ready-to-eat food production facility.
  • Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for process improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
