Our client is seeking a Real Estate Manager with a strong background in retail property development and a track record of sourcing and securing suitable sites.

Requirements:

Diploma/bachelors degree in a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
Extensive network of developers, landlords, and industry contacts.
Strong understanding of demographic analysis, and market research.
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to property transactions and
leasing agreements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
