Grade 12
Completed leadership certificate/diploma course essential.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership/management role, managing a team of 10 plus front office staff within busy pressurized corporate environment.
Managing, organizing and coaching staff
Oversee department stock and health and safety
Administer staff roster and overtime schedules
