We are looking for a motivated, customer-service oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. Position Overview: As the Receptionist at AUTO24, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will welcome guests, manage appointments, handle administrative tasks, and ensure that the showroom remains an inviting and organized space. Requirements Responsibilities: Greet clients upon arrival and provide them with a warm, welcoming experience Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel Manage appointment scheduling for sales representatives and service department Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and mail sorting Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth workflow Maintain the appearance and organization of the showroom Keep updated brochures and promotional materials readily available for clients Assist in various ad-hoc tasks as required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is an advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly organized with keen attention to detail Must be punctual and reliable Professional appearance and demeanor Benefits Competitive salary Opportunities for growth within the organization Employee discounts on vehicles and services Work in a nice, young and dynamic environment
