SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Support all functions of the company as first point of contact for visitors and incoming inquiries to the company. Responsibilities: As a key point of entry to the organisation, acts with tact, discretion, and courtesy at all times and maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy condition. Professionally receives, welcomes, books, and refers visitors to the relevant individual or department. Respond to inquiries via phone, email and route calls to the appropriate employee, taking and passing on messages timeously and determining when an issue is urgent and expedite a response. Assist in scheduleing appointments and arrangements for meetings, training, conferences, and travel. Support work space efficiency and effectiveness by reporting maintenance / repairs and arranging facilities for parking, taxi arrangements and security badges for visitors. Maintain office supplies, canteen, stationary or other material and perform administrative tasks as assigned and may perform basic clerical tasks and adhoc duties.
