Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers into the building, and offer them something to drink, show them where they can have a seat if they are here to see someone specific.
- Welcome customers attending training, showing them where the training will be held and where they can have something to drink while they wait for training to commence.
- Assist the Operations Administrator with getting everything ready for the upcoming training, make sure all the manuals, notepads, pen etc. is set out.
- Do stock takes on manuals and grocery inventory
- Make sure everything is set up and clean in the office before training and meetings.
- In/out tracking of each technical person.
- Answering incoming calls professionally.
- Know the company structure to transfer calls to the correct people.
- Know all training courses offered and contact prospects/leads for training.
- Assist with additional training duties.
Position Requirements:Formal Education & Certification
- Matric
- Administration certificate or similar (Advantage)
Knowledge & Experience- 0 1 years working experience
- Organizing of meetings or training
- Telephone etiquette
