SATI has an exciting career opportunity for a vibrant and dynamic person with a warm and friendly personality to fulfil a variety of administrative and secretarial functions.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for:
- Professional handling of the switchboard
- Receiving visitors and serving refreshments
- Assisting with travel bookings & arrangements
- Providing support to all portfolio managers (including administrative duties relating to projects and events executed by SATI)
- Assisting with compilation and preparation of various company documents including board packs
- General administrative support to the professional team
- Continuous liaison and coordination with the regional offices
Requirements:
- Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Office Administration)
- At least two years’ relevant working experience (including administrative and clerical procedures)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks (time management and the ability to prioritise are key)
- Good numeracy and computer skills (MS Office & Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and perform well under pressure
- Willingness to learn, to help and to contribute positively as part of a team
- Professional appearance
- Driver’s licence and own transport
