Receptionist / Administrative Assistant - Paarl

SATI has an exciting career opportunity for a vibrant and dynamic person with a warm and friendly personality to fulfil a variety of administrative and secretarial functions.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for:

  • Professional handling of the switchboard
  • Receiving visitors and serving refreshments
  • Assisting with travel bookings & arrangements
  • Providing support to all portfolio managers (including administrative duties relating to projects and events executed by SATI)
  • Assisting with compilation and preparation of various company documents including board packs
  • General administrative support to the professional team
  • Continuous liaison and coordination with the regional offices

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Office Administration)
  • At least two years’ relevant working experience (including administrative and clerical procedures)
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks (time management and the ability to prioritise are key)
  • Good numeracy and computer skills (MS Office & Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and perform well under pressure
  • Willingness to learn, to help and to contribute positively as part of a team
  • Professional appearance
  • Driver’s licence and own transport
