To assist the team with production of quality CV's, reliably captured information on Placement Partner system and to provide administrative support Purpose: To man the Reception Desk, and answering of the switchboard. To assist the team with production of quality CV's, reliably captured information on Placement Partner system and to provide administrative support. Reporting to: HR Manager Principal Areas of Responsibilities: Data capture of new candidates and maintenance, thereafter, including update and amendments. Date Capturing of new clients on Placement Partner. Accurately typing of CV's from Placement Partner and ensuring highest standard final CV are submitted and captured. Maintenance of candidate filing system in accordance with ManpowerGroup standards. Maintenance of client files and filing system in accordance with ManpowerGroup standards. Producing reports on Placement Partner as per request weekly where applicable. Managing reception. Administrative support by typing CV's for Consultants. Switchboard operation.
