Receptionist / Administrator (Banking) - 12 month contract - Johannesburg

I am urgently looking for a bubbly, well spoken, well presented and organised Receptionist to join one of our banking clients' on a 12-month contract in JHB. Report into Finance and Administration Manager. Responsible for: Bank group office administration - welcoming guests. attend to all calls and emails Support the Executive Assistants: Travel arrangements - national and international for the entire office, filing, emailing Support the IT department Strong technical skills Will have to handle the petty cash Excellent English communication as you will be communicating with Diplomats Strong administration skills Able to multi-task Deadline driven Organised Energetic Strong relationship building skills Presentable Computer Literate Excellent telephone and email etiquette Must have: Matric, with Administration / Secretary Qualification will be an advantage. Minimum 3 years experience as a Receptionist/ Administration in day to day office administration, stationary, office organization, minutes, travel arrangements, care hire, meetings etc. Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Great track record Clear criminal record and clear credit (ITC) Apply Now
