An exciting opportunity for a front desk personel who has bookkeeping experience. Our ideal candidate should be a friendly and presentable individual residing in and around Fourways. ​​​​​​​GENERAL DUTIES Assist with requested administrative tasks Greeting and attending to visitors Managing and directing incoming calls (Switchboard) Creating and maintaining filing filing sysmtem, both electronic and physical Ordering and keeping track of kitchen supplies and stationery FINANCIAL DUTIES Assisting finance with bookkeeping on Pastel Partner Allocating invoices monthly on company cashbooks Monthly/ bi-monthly VAT reporting Preparing and updating monthly schedules for payments Monitoring petty cash cards and monthly credit card schedules High level of attention to detail Intermediate to advanced excel skills Excellent communicator and good command of English language Receptionist - Minimum 3 years Bookkeeping - Minimum 3 years R7500 negotiable, depending on experience Apply Now
