Our company is currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Cato Ridge. Receptionist: Screen Calls. Attend to enquires in a timeously manner. Ensure calls are directed correctly. Correct message taking. Ordering Stock / Receiving of Stock. Keeping Calanders updated and accurate. General Reception / Secretary / Admnistrative requirements. Assisting with sourcing best pricing. Prep work on Clock Cards. (Monthly) Assistance: Helping the team with report writing / systems / booking in Vehicles / machinery repairs… Typing of quotes. Confirming quotes have been received. Curtesy Calls. Preparing clients files. Basic Bookkeeping Process Invoices. Convert quotes to sales orders. (Retrieving Clients Details) Assisting and working together with Accountant. 3 – 5 Years Office Administrative or related experience. Own reliable vehicle Preferably residing within the Outer West Community of KZN. (PTN – PMB) Strong communication skills with both the team and clients. Self-Motivated and Pro Active. Willing to take instructions but also must have self-Initiative. Knowledge of Zoho Accounting System a bonus Would suit a friendly, u pbeat, kind individual. R8 000 - R10 000 per month dependant on skills and experience.
