Requirements:- A degree or diploma in Food Science /Food Technology.
- 3-5 years experience working as a Food Scientist/Technologist.
- SAP experience (Essential).
- Excel skills (Essential)
Responsibilities: - Test recipes to cut costs and reduce raw material use.
- Independently conduct recipe trials.
- Implement and adapt new recipes.
- Update product data in SAP.
- Simplify recipes by using fewer ingredients.
- Select and optimize raw materials for cost and availability.
- Perform physical, chemical, and visual testing on products.
- Test product stability and shelf-life.
- Work with Production on recipe changes.
- Coordinate with the Sales team as needed.
- Maintain SAP records for recipe updates.
- Manage equipment, including scale testing and calibration.
