Reckitt Benckiser South Africa recruits Invoice Clerk Job Description To accurately and timeously :Capture receiving data onto JDE , thereby ensuring the correct information appear timeously on the JDE Cardex in support of daily operations;Assist the Dispatch Supervisor with the invoice release process off JDE , thereby ensuring that the customer invoices are processed & released and the product loads are handed over to the transporters as early as practically possible; Carry out any administrative , filing and or other duties as may be determined form time to time by either the Receiving Supervisors , Stock Controller and or the Dispatch Supervisors , so as to provide administrative support when needed;Carry out emergency stand-in duties for the afternoon Dispatch Supervisor in respect of customer invoice release, so as to ensure we have a second option stand-in , in the event of an emergency. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Data capture of Receiving documentation to ensure ongoing accurate and timeous capture of receiving information onto JDE; Assist the afternoon Dispatch Supervisor with customer invoice release to ensure the daily invoice release process is completed as early as possible ; Carry out a variety of administrative tasks as may be directed by the Stock Controller from time to time , so as to provide administrative support to that Department , thereby releasing the Stock Controller and Receiving Supervisors to focus on critical warehouse operational issues; Carry out emergency stand-in duties for the afternoon Dispatch Supervisor in respect of Customer invoice release; Qualifications: Matric Primary Location: Developing Mkts-Africa Mid East-South Africa-Elandsfontein Supply Services Job Type: Experienced Schedule: Full-time Job Function: Supply Chain Sep 28, 2010 Click here to View Job and apply online
