We are looking for a diligent Reconciliation Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial transactions and maintaining our company's financial health. Key Responsibilities: Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records. Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between various financial records and accounts. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting systems. Reporting: Prepare reconciliation reports and present findings to management. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and auditing requirements. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements: Proven experience as a Reconciliation Administrator or in a similar role. Matric certificate / Diploma in accounting Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
