We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, excellent client relationship-building skills, and a thorough understanding of the recruitment process. This position requires a proactive individual who can identify and attract top talent to meet our client's staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Actively seek opportunities to expand our client base. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements. Recruitment Process: Recruitment process, from initial client consultation to candidate placement. Screening applications, Coordinating interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and managing offer negotiations. Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements. Post openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and our company website. Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. Maintain up-to-date records of candidate information and client interactions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter. Strong marketing skills with the ability to attract and retain clients. In-depth knowledge of the recruitment process from sourcing to placement. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Matric qualification is required. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
