What You'll Do: Serve as the backbone of our recruitment process, coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and managing candidate communications with precision and efficiency. Utilize our applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide administrative support throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. Assist with job postings, resume screening, and initial candidate assessments to identify top talent for our organization. Type CVs accurately and fast. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve the candidate experience. What You Bring: A proactive and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders. Tertiary qualification (related to business) with good academics Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. Previous experience in recruitment administration or a similar role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems Placement partner is a plus.
