Description Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience in a Recruitment Agency (International experience will be an advantage) Industry experience in CONSTRUCTION, including roles such as Building Services, MEP Design Recruitment, Property & Construction, Engineering, Design Engineering, and Building Services Consultancy. A determined 'Can-do' attitude with high energy, attention to detail, and reliability. The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. A sense of humour to keep things light and enjoyable. A remote office setup with a reliable internet connection and laptop. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from writing job adverts, screening and interviewing candidates to managing them through the recruitment process. Maintain consistent monthly billings, demonstrating a proven track record in a recruitment agency environment. Conduct daily meetings with the supporting team to catch up and engage in general discussions. Ongoing training will be provided to help you grow and succeed in your role. Profile The ideal candidate will be someone with a passion for recruitment and specialises in Construction Recruitment. Resilience, and the ability to maintain high energy and a positive attitude.
