Conducting telephonic interviews and screening candidate applications against positions. Assessing candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit available positions. Gather all relevant supporting documents from candidates timeously. Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies to the Account Managers timeously. CV Formatting. Reference checking and triggering all relevant checks timeously. Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.
