Job Purpose: To effectively manage the sourcing, attraction, selection and on-boarding of internal and external candidates for identified vacancies in a rigorous, cost effective, fair and equitable manner. Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial talent relationship with the company through the provision of top talent, as well as talent intelligence. Job Responsibilities: Handle the entire recruitment cycle from Job requisition to offer and onboarding the candidate Advertise job openings Screen resumes and applications, and update candidates on hiring processes. Assist with Talent Acquisition Consultant, following up with candidates if they are on the job market or not and engage interested candidates further. Sit with hiring managers and conduct interviews Scheduling of assessment. Book candidates for integrity checks with MIE (Qualification, criminal and employment references) Follow up on candidates on the required documents to be submitted Give feedback to the applicants on the status of their application via e-mail or telephone. Contract drafting and getting the relevant signatures General Talent Acquisition administration Qualification: Diploma / BCom in Human Resource Experience: Three plus years in a Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment environment.
