Engaging with the candidates Shortlisting, screening and headhunting of suitable candidates Preparing the CVs for submission Coordinating interviews or regrets Negotiating and extending any offers up to final placement stage. Opportunity to bring on new clients Comfortable with using social platforms Experience in Hospitality - preferably in front of house positions - beneficial Sound knowledge of Hospitality operations and systems Excellent communicator and passionate about all thing's Hospitality The role is well suited for someone who wants to gain industry experience and build a career in recruitment or looking for a change in their Hospitality career. This is a work from home position, you would need to be setup with - own laptop, internet access, phone access and MS Office. Please note that this would be a commission-based position.
