As a Recruitment Specialist, you will spearhead the organization's recruitment efforts, managing both internal talent acquisition processes and external recruitment through outsourced agencies. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the company attracts, evaluates, and hires top-tier talent to drive organizational growth and success. By collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will implement effective recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and maintain high standards of candidate experience and satisfaction.You oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. Your role is multifaceted, involving strategic planning, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and stakeholder management. With your expertise in recruitment best practices and your commitment to finding top talent, you play a critical role in driving the organization's growth and success. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand short-term and long-term staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Talent Acquisition: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates for open positions. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience for all parties involved. Selection Process: Facilitate candidate assessments, skills tests, and reference checks to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role and make recommendations to hiring managers. Offer Management: Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate compensation packages as needed, and coordinate the offer acceptance process. Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and integration into their teams. Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and support to ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process, including diversity and inclusion initiatives. Internal Recruitment: Talent Mapping: Work closely with department heads and HR business partners to identify internal talent pools, succession plans, and future staffing needs. Career Development: Provide guidance and support to employees on career advancement opportunities within the organization, facilitating internal mobility and talent development initiatives. Job Posting and Promotion: Create and promote internal job postings through company intranet, newsletters, and other communication channels, ensuring visibility and accessibility to all employees. Talent Reviews and Assessments: Facilitate talent reviews, performance evaluations, and skills assessments to identify high-potential internal candidates for promotion or lateral moves. Interview Coordination: Coordinate internal interview processes, including scheduling, panel selection, and candidate feedback collection, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with company policies. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding and integration of internal hires, coordinating orientation sessions, completing necessary paperwork, and providing support during the transition period. Outsourced Recruitment: Agency Selection and Management: Identify and evaluate external recruitment agencies and partners, negotiate contracts, and establish service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values. Requirements Briefing: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, desired qualifications, and recruitment timelines, providing clear and comprehensive briefs to external agencies. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Work closely with external agencies to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, and oversee the screening and evaluation process. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with external candidates, providing updates on their application status, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience. Offer Management: Coordinate job offers, negotiate terms and conditions, and facilitate the offer acceptance process in collaboration with hiring managers and external agencies. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles, with a focus on both internal and outsourced recruitment processes. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR tools and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
